All funds deposited by players are held in designated player fund accounts and are used solely for the purpose of settling winning bets, bonus disbursements, and withdrawal requests. 44bet does not use player funds for operational expenses.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to and is registered under the same name as the 44bet account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 44bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where there is evidence of technical error in the display of odds, suspicious betting patterns that suggest exploitation of errors, or bets placed after the relevant event has commenced (except in the case of live in-play markets where such bets are expressly permitted).
In the event that a manifest error results in odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed or settled incorrectly, 44bet reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bets at the correct figure. This applies regardless of whether the erroneous figure was displayed to the player and whether the player acted on it in good faith. 44bet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any material corrections.

Most game providers employed by 44bet maintain server-side game state records, enabling sessions to be resumed or settled based on the state at the time of disconnection. Where a game cannot be resumed, it will be settled according to the applicable game provider's rules.
